Simple backup
RDOC62 is a three-bay docking station from Reagle that allows easy access to two 2.5" and 3.5" SATA or IDE hard drives . It is an ideal solution for disk cloning , backup and data processing, formatting and file transfer. You no longer have to worry about lack of space for storing data, because the Reagle docking station supports hard drives with a capacity of up to 18 TB and allows direct access to data from the system level. You don't need a computer to clone a disk because the station supports offline cloning with one button. You also don't need to install drivers, the station works with plug and play technology - you plug it in and it works .
Your data is in safe hands
Data transfer takes place at a super-fast speed of 5 Gb/s , so you can transfer your data in no time. The station has the SuperSpeed USB 3.2 Gen 1 standard , backwards compatible with USB 2.0/1.1.
The light yet solid structure made of aluminum will look elegant on your desk. A stable DC power source (12V, 3A) guarantees a constant supply of energy.
Disk cloning instructions :
- Before cloning, make a backup of the files on the target hard drive. All files on the target hard drive will be overwritten during offline cloning.
- To avoid data loss, do not remove or insert drives while one of them is in the docking station. Before removing the drive, turn off the docking station.
- Before using the cloning function, please read the user manual carefully.
- Make sure the power switch on the back is in the OFF position and connected correctly.
- Insert both hard drives and then identify the source and target drives (IDE or SATA1 is the source drive, SATA2 is the target drive). Note: The destination disk must be larger/equal to the source disk!
- Make sure the USB cable is disconnected from the computer when cloning.
- Connect the power adapter and turn on the power.
- Press the "Clone" button for 5 seconds, the LED indicator will be on. Then quickly press the offline clone button and the offline clone operation will start. Each LED represents 25% completion. When the offline cloning operation is complete, all LEDs will be solid.
- Finally, turn off the device.
