How can I make a complaint in our shop?

1. A complaint can be made by the customer in the following ways:

Using the online form on the seller's website.
In writing to the address: REAGLE , ul. Źródłowa 2/4 25-335 Kielce, Poland

In electronic form by e-mail to: shop@reagle.pl, or by phone: +48 781 301 898 .

(2) It is recommended that the Customer provide in the description of the complaint:
(1) information and circumstances concerning the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of the defect;
(2) requests for the method of bringing the product into conformity with the sales contract or a declaration of price reduction or withdrawal from the sales contract;
(3) contact details of the complainant - this will facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint. You can use our complaints form for this purpose.

(4) We will respond to your complaint as quickly as possible.

5. remember to pack your goods securely to protect them from damage in transit. We would appreciate the use of original fuses for the product.
